داریم که برای رسیدگی به وضعیت زندانیان عقیدتی و سیاسی در ایران با محمد
علی طاهری که از سال ۱۳۹۲ نهضت دفاع از حقوق بشر در زندان را پایه گذاری

signing this petition, we are asking the authorities of international
human rights organizations to interview or meet with Mohammad Ali
Taheri, who has established the Movement for the Defense of Human Rights
in prison since 2014, to investigate the situation of Iranian prisoners
of conscience. he asked the companions to provide this conditions when
he was on temporary leave.

Mohammad Ali Taheri in Iran.
Revolutionary Court
in Tehran sentenced spiritual teacher Mohammad Ali Taheri to death for
“spreading corruption on earth” for founding the spiritual group Erfan-e
Halgheh. He has been held in solitary confinement for over seven years.
We gathered here
asking Iranian authorities to stop imprisoning and condemning our
teacher and other prisoners because of their political and
constitutional belief by Iranian due to the human rights declaration.
We
pleas in the name of the United Nations human rights council and
Amnesty International trade end this unjust and shame trails.

Our
request from international human rights organizations is to provide
conditions for visiting and interviewing with our teacher, Mohammad Ali
Taheri inside the prison, and react to numerous violations of human
rights in Iranian prisons and force the authorities of the Islamic
Republic of Iran to obey human rights in prisons.
Mohammad
Ali Taheri has been on hunger strike more than seventeen times and we
are very concerned about his health and demand urgent action by
international human rights organizations in order to put an end to the
extra-judicial action on keeping him in jail.
Dr.
Mohammad Ali Taheri, the founder of two complementary therapies of
Faradarmani and Psymentology, has been arrested several times since late
2010 and was finally arrested for the third time on May 4, 2011 and
after having been subjected to massive torture and forced confessions on
Iran's television, in February 2012, He was sentenced to 5 years
imprisonment, a fine of 9 billion Rials and 74 lashes charged with
blasphemy and illegal interference in medical matters and getting a
female patient hand by the Tehran Revolutionary Court, and have since
been imprisoned. In the late fifth year of imprisonment in solitary
confinement, he was again tried and sentenced to death facing new
charges, including apostasy with the fatwa of the Islamic Marja`s and
corruption on earth, which was rejected by the Supreme Court and
referred to the first court, which sentenced him to death again. The
second death sentence was also rejected by the Supreme Court and was
referred to the court of law, which is currently being prosecuted by
Judge Salavati.
Since
February 2017, after five years of imprisonment and paying the fine of 9
billion Rials he has been kept illegally in solitary confinement
without any sentence for more than 2 years; While according to the
Constitution of Iran, he must have been released by February 7, 2018;
But guards and law enforcement agents affiliated with the Revolutionary
Guard have illegally kept him in solitary confinement until now.
As
a founder of the movement for the defence of Human Rights from inside
the prison, when he was on temporary leave in 2014, he asked the
companions to provide a conditions to have an interview with
international human rights officials, given that he was not allowed to
interview, and has so far not been provided by the authorities of the
Islamic Republic of Iran and his access to interview with international
human rights activists has been denied by the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In
the middle of July 2014, a letter from Mohammad Ali Taheri was sent to
Mr. Ahmad Shahid, the UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in Iran, in
which a documentary narrated from what had happened to him and other
conscience and political prisoners in section 2 A of the Revolutionary
Guards in Evin Prison. The letter has been written in two parts; the
first part deals with the torture of Mohammad Ali Taheri, and the second
part concerns the observation and information of Mohammad Ali Taheri
about the torture of other political-ideological prisoners in the
Revolutionary Guards Corps of Evin Prison.
The
name of Mohammad Ali Taheri was reported by the Human Rights Activists
reporters in Iran (HRANA) as one of the 13 elites whose rights have been
violated in Iran to the United Nations Human Rights Council.
